Cliffhanger was a big surprise of 1993. Wonderful inspiration to young actors and directors. The acting is just perfect. When I saw Cliffhanger online for the first time, I was really surprised. Renny Harlin is the person responsible for making a lot of good work with brilliant writing and amazing cinematography. Cliffhanger is one of those movies where no one gives a weak play. When a director makes movie and all of their scenes so influential that you don't want to pick your favorites, you know it is just a good, quality film. Watch it and I'm sure you'll become a fan of Action category movies too. Great fun is guaranteed, enjoy watching it.

The movie follows a former mountain rescuer as he is asked to go back to the same mountain range where his friend died and rescue a group of 'stranded' people who have lost their $100 million stash during a plane crash in the Rocky Mountains.
