Very popular Action film, truly unique one out there. Red Cliff 2 set a new standard for modern movie making. Red Cliff 2 stands out above all other films I've seen at least for last 5 years. Red Cliff 2 has one of the highest ranks in IMDB top movies. Unique directing by John Woo - such great directed dialogue scenes. Skills of actors are just unimaginable, especially Tony Chiu Wai Leung's play. Red Cliff 2 has many original details and specifics that I really cannot get out of my head since watching it. It just set the new standard for Action movies. You just have to see it.

The second part depicts the legendary 208 A.D. battle that heralded the end of the Han Dynasty. The allied forces of Sun Quan and Liu Bei continue to fight the imperial forces led by Cao Cao in a series of land and sea battles.
