I expected average crap movie at most, I received amazing movie. James Bridges once again delivered us great piece of true cinema. The sum of small details is incredible. The China Syndrome has strange energy that fills me every time I watch it. The China Syndrome will be top movie for a long time yet. Enjoy watching.
Storyline of The China Syndrome
A news reporter and her cameraman are unintentional witnesses to a SCRAM incident, an emergency core shutdown procedure at a nuclear power plant in California. Something is terribly wrong at the plant, but its owners are more interested in finances and public relations, and cover the entire matter up.
